Shipping & Returned Package Policy
At Dream Mystical, we work hard to ensure your order is packaged with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order, as we are unable to guarantee changes once your order has been shipped.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
An insufficient or incomplete address
An incorrect address provided by the customer
Failure to claim the package
Refused delivery
Any other delivery issue not caused by Dream Mystical
the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of reshipping the package.
Contact Attempts
If your package is returned to us, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order. Please respond with your updated shipping information as soon as possible.
If we do not receive a response within 30 days of our first contact attempt, your order will be considered abandoned.
Abandoned Orders
Orders abandoned after 30 days are non-refundable due to the time and energy cost of making the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, custom and personalized items are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the buyer is responsible for paying the cost of reshipping the package. If no response is received within 30 days after we contact the buyer, the order may be considered abandoned.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. While we are happy to assist in locating your package and filing claims when appropriate, Dream Mystical is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.
